Job Description Accountabilities: The essential functions of this position includes assisting patients with obtaining and recording vital signs, weights and heights Assisting patients with mobility: ambulation, transfer, accommodations as needed performing EKG's, phlebotomy and blood glucose monitoring if needed Taking patient histories, preparing examination rooms, and helping with minor medical procedures like wound care, vaccinations, and blood draws, if needed observing and reporting changes in patients' condition to the RN Examination rooms
