MRI Technologist - Chilton Medical Center - Part Time
Job Description Responsible for creating cross-sectional images of patient's body for diagnostic purposes, using magnetic resonance imaging equipment. Principal Accountabilities:1. Positions patient on examining table and places specified coil (receiver) such as head coil or knee coil, close to area of interest, following protocols requested by Radiologist. 2. Demonstrates use of microphone that allows patient and technologist to communicate during examination. 3. Enters data, such as patient history, anatomical area to be scanned, orientation specified, and position of entry
