We are a tight knit team that seeks use this care pathway to deliver improved patient satisfaction, decreased mortality, and decreased readmissions. Additionally, we strategically integrate emerging technologies and innovative approaches into our practice. This position is a 7on/7off schedule that will work 50% of the scheduled shifts as an Inpatient Hospitalist in one of our acute care facilities and the other 50% providing patient care for our Hospital at Home patients.
