Overview St. Luke's Internal Medicine Clinic: Elks, Boise seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join our collegial and patient focused team currently comprised of two physicians and one APP. The candidate will work in a Team Based Care arrangement supporting the physicians in managing a diverse patient population. The team is comprised of trained and experienced healthcare professionals skilled in medical care for adults, including routine and preventive health checks, diagnosis, and treatment when a medical problem is first suspected, and ongoing management of chronic illness. The clinic offers a broad scope of services, including (but not limited to) the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes, high cholesterol, and thyroid
