Job Description The Director of Patient Care Services (Director) at Saint Luke's East Hospital (SLEH) assumes accountability for the overall planning, coordination, and delivery of Obstetric and Neonatal Services (OBNS) within the assigned departments. Most of these departments are nursing in nature but also may include other clinical services, within patient care services, some in a matrixed relationship.The Director is responsible for utilizing and modeling the Saint Luke's values of kindness, respect, excellence, safety and teamwork. The Director is responsible for the quality and safe delivery of care as well as outcome metrics related to patient experience within the assigned departments. The Director is responsible for stewardship o
