We are looking for a new pharmacist to join our team as an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist serving our ambulatory patients as a part of our Health System's Physicians Group under collaborative practice agreements while collaborating on an interdisciplinary team. Plenty of professional growth opportunities here within a 'putting people first' culture. Expect some anticoagulation, diabetes patients, along with a wide variety of other CDTM cases. Precepting of pharmacy students and residents will also be available. All candidates must have, at minimum, their Bachelors in Pharmacy but other than that you will be considered so long as you've graduated from pharmacy school. A PGY1 Ambulatory Residency or 2 years equivalent recent or current clinic-based pharmacist experience
