As a Patient Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients are efficiently scheduled for appointments and procedures within our medical facility. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments as needed, answering patients' questions regarding medical tests and procedures, and providing clear instructions to patients to prepare them for examinations and procedures.
