Saint Luke's Regional Laboratories Resource Coordinator
Job Description The Opportunity:Responsible for oversight of the Client Services Department or Patient Service Centers under the direction of the Saint Luke's Regional Laboratories (SLRL) Manager Outreach Services.Shift: Full-time, day shift. Options are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or Monday -Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with either Tuesday or Thursday off.The Work:Trains new staff. Edits and reviews timecards. Revises procedure manuals. Assists SLRL Manager Outreach Services in establishing staff performance criteria for customer service and telephone etiquette, timeliness of problem resolution and compliance with department processes.
