Job SummaryProvides accountable leadership, administration, and management of system-wide programs for well-being, provider burnout reduction and professionalism. Develops, implements, and evaluates strategic well-being initiatives, with a focus on integrating those initiatives into enterprise-level practices. Establishes comprehensive approach to well-being utilizing operational, clinical, and financial data in program design, implementation, and evaluation. Works with other operational departments as well as external customers. Builds relationships with key stakeholders across the Clinical Enterprise, strategic partners, and the community.
