SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Penn State Health is seeking a Supervisor of Therapy Services who will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and supervision of Outpatient Physical and Occupational therapy programs at multiple locations including Hershey & Lancaster and specialty outreach programs. As a working leader your duties will include supervision of staff, staffing schedules, day-to-day planning of the delivery of patient care, providing input into the annual budget, and develop programs to advance the delivery of patient care while evaluation and intervention for patients within the clinics. The Supervisor of Therapy Services is an important member of the Therapy Leadership Team and will have ongoing interaction and collaboration with colleagues within that team as well as with colleagues (physician, ancillary, support and leadership) throughout the organization. Qualified candidates will have strong communication & organization skills, be effective at small & large team leadership, serve as a mentor and coach for individual employees, and be a champion for change and quality.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist by the state of employment required. 
• Three (3) years of therapy experience. 
• BLS certification. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Master's Degree and previous leadership experience preferred.
