As we expand our GME Programs within Lee Health, we are seeking Internal Medicine Physicians to join our Internal Medicine/Transitional Year Graduate Medicine Education team as the Associate Program Director! This is a new, exciting role that involves providing clinical patient care and mentoring residents, while also serving as an expert competency evaluator. The Associate Program Director will work closely with the Program Director and Core Faculty to develop and implement the resident evaluation system, core curriculum, didactics and clinical . Administrative responsibilities also include knowledge of the ACGME guidelines and responsibility for compliance with guidelines as delegated by the Program Director.By exemplifying professionalism and a commitment to safe, quality
