SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Centrally coordinates out-patient procedures/tests and assures accurate processing of these orders for physicians and their scheduling personnel. Cognitive skills required for this position include learning, remembering, focusing, categorizing, and reasoning. Excellent organization and attention to detail required. Ability to communicate complex information to various audiences; Ability to work independently and as part of a team. EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years experience in a medical office setting. SPECIAL SKILLS: Computer / Typing/keyboarding skills required; excellent customer service skills required; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Medical terminology; Ability to multi-task. EDUCATION: Required: High School or Equivalent
