SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Senior, ED Registration Associate provides line-level technical expertise to support all functions performed by the ED Registration team. The incumbent is responsible for reviewing and providing feedback for quality and productivity to the ED Registration Associates. The incumbent is responsible for the investigation and resolution of the most complex tasks performed by the team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High school degree or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience in registration and/or customer service or a combination of both required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Associate's Degree preferred.
