Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Convenient Care Plus Department in Mattoon, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
- Join an established outpatient-only practice
- Convenient Care Plus is open 7 days a week from 8 am – 8 pm
- Typical schedule will be 12 hour shifts/3 days a week; includes minimum of 3-4 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) requirement per month and holidays are shared among the group
- Flexible scheduling
- Able to consult with specialists across the organization
- No call responsibilities
Education Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
- A minimum of 2 years of experience required; candidates with at least 1 year of ED or Primary Care experience will also be considered
- Suturing skills a plus
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
- Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
- ACLS, PALS certification required

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $62.36 - $81.06/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate?s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
