Job Summary: The Transplant Data Coordinator works closely with the Director for Data Compliance and is responsible for obtaining, tracking, and maintaining transplant specific clinical and demographic data for internal and external purposes. The data manager is also responsible for data collection, data entry and compliance with all reporting requirements specified by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), New York Department of Health (NY DOH), Join Commission (JC) and other regulatory agencies.
