UCHealth Medical Group and our surgical group in Colorado Springs are ready to welcome a board-eligible/certified Trauma and Acute Care Surgeon with fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care to their team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in working full-time and focused on excellent patient care. • The service covers trauma, emergency general surgery, surgical critical care, and manages a high volume of high acuity patients at our Level 1 Trauma Center.
• Be part of a team growing to include eighteen surgeons and a robust team of APPs. You'll have an incredible support staff and a collegial team at your side.
• Our group mentors and supports general surgery residents on clinical rotations from the University of Colorado.
• The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a fast paced, busy, high volume and high producing group.
• Enjoy the balance of teaching in a community focused practice with the opportunity for clinical research and leadership responsibilities.
• EPIC EMR utilized system-wide.

This position offers a competitive compensation package:

• The pay range for this full-time position is $495,000-$550,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
• Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
