JOB SUMMARYThe Manager APP provides direction and administrative leadership for Advanced Practice Professionals (APPs) in their defined geographic area and/or medical or surgical specialties within Baylor Scott & White Health System to enable APPs to fulfill their essential roles with expected outcomes. Helps coordinate educational programs for APPs within the region and specialty. The Advanced Practice Professional serving in this role will have designated administrative time (not to exceed 20%) at the discretion of their supervising physician and regional administration.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLEperformance management, while collaborating closely with physician and administrative leadership on all of the above.Partners with the APP Ad
