SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The position collaborates with project management teams and stakeholders to provide operational insight, administrative leadership, and consultation on facility space and equipment planning functions and designs. Collaborates with project sponsors and applicable departments (e.g. Clinical Engineering, Finance, Facilities, etc.) to assist in the preparation of construction estimates and business plans. Assists with the development and management of construction and renovation projects from initiation through occupancy. Provides input into facilities project designs and acts as point person for specifically assigned projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Bachelor?s degree required.
- Minimum five (5) years of related work experience, including 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or Technology Management preferred.
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute preferred.
