Overview The Spring Mill Surgery Center, situated in Carmel, Indiana, proudly holds the distinction of being recognized by Newsweek for two consecutive years as a premier eye surgery center. Located on the north side of Indianapolis, our outpatient facility features six fully equipped, state-of-the-art operating rooms and one laser room, ensuring advanced surgical capabilities. Our skilled surgeons specialize in a variety of ophthalmology specialties. We prioritize work-life balance by offering no scheduled weekends, minimal on-call duties, and a maximum of one holiday per year. This position is a day shift role working either 4 10s (7:00am - 5:30pm) or 5 8s (&:00am
