Additional Information About the RoleThe ENT/plastic reconstructive division at BJH, a 19-bed surgical unit, is consistently ranked among the best in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. This unit allows nurses the opportunity to gain experience caring for a wide variety of patients while also specializing in free flap reconstruction, surgical airways, and extremity replantation. Nurses use their assessment skills to care for post-surgical patients and are heavily involved in patient teaching.
