Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
- Total Initial Compensation Package (new Grads) $630K - 640K
- $500K - $510k base compensation
- $100K starting and retention bonuses
- $15K annual bonuses
- $15K paid relocation
- $200k student loan repayment option
- 8 weeks of paid time off
