Seasonal Commitment Information
- Full-time Seasonal weekly requirements are three 12-hour shifts for the 13-week contract (excludes 1st week of orientation)
- $1,500 completion bonus for meeting minimum productive time
- $51 Seasonal rate.
- Eligible for shift differentials. $3.50 for evenings, $5 for nights, and $6 for weekends. These are stackable (as applicable by time/day) so if you worked a weekend night, you would be paid $51 + $5 + $6.
- $1,500 completion bonus for meeting minimum productive time
- Weekend requirements are the same as regular FT- Rotating weekends
- The first week is Monday- Friday orientation.
- Although this is a short term (13 week) assignment, you would be a Baylor employee (not contractual, agency, etc.). The hope is that once the assignment is concluded, you will convert to a regular FT, PT, or PRN role.
Shift/Schedule - 13 week seasonal contract- Full Time Nights- 3/12 hr. shifts 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM.
Requirements- Preferred 2 yrs. Acute Care/ Med Surg Tele hospital experience

Qualifications
- A degree from a recognized nursing program or two years of relevant work experience
- A minimum of (1) one year's experience in the field of nursing
- A valid Registered Nurse license
- The ability to obtain a Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment.
