Overview Responsibilities:Specializes in the ability to perform advanced cleaning and disinfection within high-acuity clinical and procedural areas. Demonstrates technical skill, attention to infection prevention protocols, and the mentors and supports the training of others. Supports patient safety through consistent, high-quality service and serve as a resource to peers across Environmental Services and the care team. Performs advanced, high-acuity cleaning and terminal disinfection in complex clinical and procedural areas, including but not limited to the Operating Room (OR), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Emergency Department (ED), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and Isolation Rooms.
