Job Summary and Responsibilities
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking an experienced Otolaryngologist to join a newly established practice on the campus of St. Anne Hospital in Burien, WA. St. Anne Hospital is licensed for 159 beds and serves the communities near SEATAC International Airport and King County.
Expected schedule will include at least 2 clinic days and 2 OR days per week, with an average 4.5 work days per week. Call duties shared with two local ENTs only at St. Anne Hospital.
Production comp model with very good benefit package which includes medical coverage, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plan (401k and 457b). Malpractice coverage, CME, and relocation assistance is provided.
Compensation Range: $419,965 - 643,479 /year. Starting Salary Guarantee followed by wRVU model.

- ACGME Accredited Otolaryngology Residency Required
- Washington State Medical License
- Board Certification/Board Eligible - American Board of Otolaryngology
- 2+ years of experience post training
