Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesDignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is actively seeking a highly patient-centric Academic, Ambulatory Internal Medicine Physician to support our Internal Medicine Residency Program in the East Valley. Our Internal Medicine Residency Program is led by a highly-experienced Program Director who has successfully established other residency programs and is the ACP-Arizona Governor
- 100% outpatient
- 40% Private Practice, 40% Clinical Precepting, 20% Teaching
- Geriatrician (IM or FM) or Osteopathic Physician with OMT skills are preferred, however not required
- Opportunity for academic appointment through Creighton University
- Chance to practice in a state-of-the-art outpatient center
The position consists of outpatient responsibilities within a single clinic location close to the hospital campus. You will have access to full support staff. The medical group is a multi-specialty group that includes specialists in primary care, pulmonary medicine, endocrinology, palliative care, cardiology, infectious disease, gastroenterology, and other surgical specialties. You will enjoy a great work-life balance in a rapidly growing city.

Job RequirementsMD or DO Degree and Active Board Certification
Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
Completed ACGME Residency training with current ABMS Board Certification
Must have previous Academic Medicine/GME experience working with medical students and/or resident physicians
