Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesOur multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Stockton, California. If you're eager to practice where collaboration meets compassion and every patient story matters, we want to hear from you!
Practice Highlights:
- Join a well-established, multi-specialty group
- Outpatient practice and access to 24/7 Hospitalist Program
- High prevalence of chronic disease management, including diabetes and hypertension
- Opportunity to precept Internal Medicine residents (compensated preceptorship)
Flexibility and Exceptional Work/Life Balance:
- Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday; no weekends
- Flexible scheduling: 5 or 4-day work week available;
- One clinic location, no hospital call
- Candidates open to working evenings are a plus, though not required
- Live and work in sunny California, with easy access to San Francisco, Napa, Monterey, and Lake Taho

Competitive Compensation and Benefits:
- Excellent earning potential w/a guaranteed salary of $246,755 - $296,789 /Yr for the first 2yrs

Job Requirements- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- DEA Certification
