Job Description Responsible for working with nutrionists to improve patient's well-being by providing dietary support. Provides nutritional care and follows up with patients. Communicates patient's nutritional information appropriately to other health professionals.Principal Accountabilities:1. Coordinates patient's meal plans with healthcare professionals and nutritionists.2. Takes patient meal orders via phone and at the bedside.3. Assists with meal selections while taking into consideration cultural and/or religious preferences.
