We invite applications for Board Certified or Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our team in Portland, Oregon. Our ideal candidate will have a the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians, CRNAs and supportive clinical and administrative staff.

What You Can Expect:

• Anesthesia care team model with a combination of medical supervision and sitting your own cases
• You will provide coverage at 3-4 locations, OB at two sites, with a primary home base
• No 24hr call; Amazing 1:23 night call ratio; 1 weekend every 2 months
• Shift lengths are variable; Current shifts range 6-14hrs
• Cases include neuro/spine, vascular, ENT, ortho, general surgery, plastics, urology, thoracic, robot, spinal, epidural, OB, non-OR sites, and pediatric opportunities. No hearts or trauma

Minimum Requirements:

• You must have essential skills including the ability to work independently in the operating room and frequently provide solo, one-on-one care to patients with multiple co-morbidities and complex medical conditions as well as strong skills in invasive clinical monitoring

The annual salary for this position is $441,800 - $502,000 which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
