SSM Health is seeking a part-time Internal Medicine physician to practice at our Fond du Lac Regional Clinic location in Brownsville, Wisconsin.

At our Fond du Lac, WI facility, physicians are employed by the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, an independent yet closely affiliated group, while advanced practice providers (APPs) are directly employed by SSM Health, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered care environment.
