Join our close-knit unit with 14 beds, specializing in Renal, Sepsis, and Wounds care. We handle mixed acuity cases (Med-Surg, Tele, PCU) outside the ICU. Explore certifications like PCCN or CMSRN. Recognized for high quality, our smaller unit thrives on teamwork. Be part of a dynamic community dedicated to excellence in patient care.

Nursing skills gained on this unit:

• Obtain PCCN and CMSRN certifications
• Develop strong bedside skills
• Understand and develop further skills in wound care
• Time management & flexibility while managing patients ranging in acuity levels

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
