DescriptionIn this role, you will be primarily responsible for the clinical case management of patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) receiving biologic medication therapy. This includes overseeing all phases of the treatment process-from initial referral through ongoing patient follow-up.

Provide advanced-level expertise and comprehensive understanding of IBD patients, therapy plans, and ancillary services to coordinate the patient’s pathway to remission.
