Security Dispatcher - Ronald Reagan Medical Center
DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Security Manager, dispatches Security Personnel to emergency and non-emergency calls for service. Process and record emergency and routine complaints. Answers incoming phone calls, operates a computer dispatch system, and monitors system alarms. Monitor and direct appropriate response to all calls for service, visually monitor extensive CCTV system, and other duties assigned. Incumbent must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Incumbent must be P.O.S.T Certified Dispatcher or obtain within 6 months of hire.
