Baptist Primary Care Roosevelt is located in a vibrant and growing community outside of our Jacksonville, Florida metro area. As a Family Medicine Physician in our practice, you will be joining a team of physicians and advanced practice support. Baptist Primary Care gives the advantage of a broad-based support system through Baptist Health to provide excellent care to your patients.

• Guarantee of $260,000+ based upon experience
• Signing bonus of $20,000
• Retention bonus in year two
• Average of 18-22 patients per day
