Pharmacy Technician, Informatics Specialist ( NYS Pharmacy Tech License )
Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Network Director of Pharmacy Automation and Informatics, this position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Westchester Medical Center's automated pharmacy dispensing systems. The Informatics Specialist provides user support, performs maintenance activities and troubleshooting, and monitors proper functionality and use of the system. The Informatics Specialist coordinates the installation of new units or the expansion of the current system with the appropriate hospital departments, such as Information Systems and Facilities.
