SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo, Wisconsin (WI) seeks an outpatient only family medicine physician to join their team of 15 physicians and 7 advanced practitioners.

Position:
- Outpatient only with a 4-day work week and part-time options available
- 18-20 patients per day
- Option to perform scopes and other procedures based on skills and experience
- Team focused on true patient-centric and quality care
- Faculty appointment and ability to work with residents
- EMR-EPIC
