Administrative Assistant
OverviewThe Administrative Assistant, under minimal supervision, provides clerical support to leadership of assigned departments in WakeMed Physician Practices. Position will perform secretarial duties including composing and typing sensitive and routine correspondence, proofreading and editing material for accuracy and clarity. Responsible for scheduling events, coordinating and attending department meetings, preparing reports and spreadsheets.
