BJC HealthCare System is now hiring a Part-Time / PRN Student Radiology Technologist for Barnes-Jewish Hospital in our state-of-the-art new Tower!
Are you currently studying radiology and eager to gain hands-on experience in a leading academic medical center?
Position Details:
- Flexible Schedule - We work around your school hours, with options for evenings and weekends
- Work at minimum 2 - four hour shifts per month (welcome to work more & during Spring/Summer break)
- Evening Shift (Mon-Fri) preferred shift time to work
- Emergency Department (ED) primary
- Radiologic / Radiology Technologist
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or higher level of education
- Currently enrolled in a Radiology School Program
Experience:
- Radiology Students
- No prior experience necessary -training provided!
- X-ray, Radiology, Medical Imaging, ARRT, BD, CI, N, VI, ASRT, Radiologic, Rad Tech, Student Radiology, Student in clinicals

Overview

You will be working with an organization on the leading edge of diagnostic radiology. In fact, our radiology department is regarded as one of the top five in the United States, and performs over 453,000 diagnostic imaging examinations annually.

Role Purpose
Under the supervision of a registered technologist performs imaging procedures to adult and pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders. Must be currently enrolled in an imaging program.Illinois: Following IEMA guidelines
