We are seeking a full-time RN to work our clinic located at 11725 N. Illinois St., Suite 250, Carmel, IN. The RN responsibilities include triage calls, managing EMR message pools, patient education, blood pressure checks, vaccine administration, and prior authorizations. The clinic will transition from Family Medicine to Internal Medicine on 05/04/26. Candidates with 2+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and a team-focused approach are preferred.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Hybrid schedule available, with the option to work remotely one day per week after completing training.

No weekends or holidays!

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
