Outpatient Primary Care Physician | $250k+ First-Year | Las Vegas, NV

We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient primary care team in Las Vegas, Nevada. • Call: Minimal call
• Patient Volume: Typical outpatient panel
• Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
• Support / Care Team: 1:1 MA Support, APP, and MD/DO Team

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an adult patient population
• Manage day-to-day outpatient clinical responsibilities
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Engage in ongoing training for advanced office-based procedures

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000+ first-year total compensation (plus incentives/bonuses)

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited program (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Nevada medical license
• Experience or interest in quality improvement
• Interest in training for advanced office-based procedures
