Role Overview:

The General Manager will lead regional operations, business development, and sales initiatives. This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth while ensuring the highest levels of quality, service, operational efficiency, and compliance. The General Manager will build strong client relationships, oversee multi-site operations, and cultivate a culture that reflects CPL's mission, values, and commitment to service excellence.

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Business Administration.
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory or other service organization.
