Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist – Neuro-Oncology
The Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist provides evidence-based pharmaceutical care to patients in the ambulatory clinical setting. The delivery of care by the Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist includes, but is not limited to designing, implementing, assessing, monitoring, and documenting therapeutic plans utilizing best evidence and the most effective and economical medication treatments, helping to achieve positive patient outcomes through interactions with patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams in the ambulatory clinical setting.
