Job Description:

* Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans. * Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care. * Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols. * Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. * Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. * Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care to promote understanding and compliance. * Advocate for patient safety by identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures. * Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. * Maintain sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols to prevent infection and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. * Perform therapeutic and diagnostic interventions such as IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collections. * Provide emotional and physical support to patients and their families during recovery. * Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care quality, safety, and efficiency.

Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, ATD Master Instructional Designer Certified (ATD) - Accredited Issuing Body, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$35.19 - $62.17
