Job Description:

Schedule: 11:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.

* Develop and implement service programs by assessing patient needs, setting goals, and outlining interventions to ensure quality nursing and patient care.

* Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health, including medical history, physical exams, and interviews with patients and families.

* Develop individualized care plans by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.

* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, performing medical procedures as prescribed.

* Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to adjust care plans and improve service programs based on data and feedback.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Thorough understanding of hospital policies, procedures, and legal aspects of acute care nursing [Required]
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing [Required]
• Basic computer skills, including experience with an Electronic Health Record [Required]

Education:
• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]

Work Experience:
• 1+ acute care experience [Required]
• 1+ leadership experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) [Preferred]
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) [Required]
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) [Required]
• APEX Innovations NIHSS [Required]
