Additional Information About the Role The Practice Manager role provides operational leadership for Sullivan Specialty offices and shared leadership of Bourbon, Cuba, and Steelville clinics.  The manager oversees daily workflow, supervises front? and back?office staff, PSRs, and clinical team members, and supports six providers across sites. The position partners with the clinic administrative team to ensure standard work, value?based care, and BIC measures, while maintaining alignment with BJC Values. Previous managerial experience and strong leadership skills are required.
