Baptist Primary Care Roosevelt is located in a vibrant and growing community outside of our Jacksonville, Florida metro area. As a Family Medicine Physician in our practice, you will be joining a team of physicians and advanced practice support. Baptist Primary Care gives the advantage of a broad-based support system through Baptist Health to provide excellent care to your patients.What You Can Expect

• Guarantee of $260,000+ based upon experience
• Signing bonus of $20,000

What You Will Need

• MD/DO
• Board certified or board eligible
• Active/unrestricted medical license
• 3-4 years of experience preferred
• Over 5 years Family Practice Experience Preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
• Licensed Physician Required
• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License Required
