Position Overview:

Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is seeking a full-time (0.8 FTE - 1.0 FTE) Primary Care Physician either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained to join our Renton Medical Center team in Renton, Washington.

Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health--or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

• This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
• You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
• Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
• AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.
• In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $295,302 to $347,414 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
• Value Based Incentive Program: Annual bonus opportunity based on organizational and team-based performance on access, service and experience goals
• Generous Employer Retirement Contributions: Upon eligibility WPMG will contribute 10.3% of your base salary to your 401(K) with additional employee contributions being optional

New Hire Incentives:

• Primary Care Bonus: $100,000
• Resident Monthly Stipend: For early sign-on
• Signing Bonus: New Hires are eligible to receive up to $50,000

• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
