The Coordinator of the Chronic Disease GIS Network is a contractor position focused on managing a community of GIS users from state, local and tribal health organizations. Major activities are centered on supporting, informing, and connecting members of the Chronic Disease GIS Network and promoting their work. The work is expected to be completed independently but with significant collaboration and coordination with the CDC and CEHI teams.
