Job Summary: The Associate Director of Utilization Review / Case Management & Social Services coordinates the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s Case Management, Utilization Review and Social Services functions. The Associate Director manages and participates in daily operations, which include supervising the staff performing Case Management, Utilization Review & Social Work activities; functions as the internal resource on issues related to the appropriate utilization of resources, coordination of care across the continuum and utilization review and management; participates in program development and unit performance improvement.
