Health Economics Research Scientist
Professors Raj Chetty (Harvard University, Economics), John Friedman (Brown University, Economics), Nathan Hendren (Harvard University, Economics), and Michael Stepner (University of Toronto, Economics) are seeking a full-time Health Economics Research Scientist. The position builds on prior work on income, mortality, and economic mobility and will have a general focus on using big data to study the determinants of health inequality. In particular, the Research Scientist will support work on a recently awarded National Institutes of Health (NIH) award to develop, analyze, and disseminate a new database to measure the association between income, race, and mortality
