DescriptionSUBFUNCTION DEFINITION: This position will support Ophthalmology and provide customer support, answer calls, coordinate patient schedules, triage, back-up for other clinical operations for the 18 providers and 40K visits per year.SHIFT: 40hrs a week, Day shift 830am-5pmREPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES???Customer ServiceProvides assistance and services to patients, families, staff and external agencies in the accurate completion of patient registration, admission and scheduling.
